Scott Wilk represents the 21st State Senate District, spanning the Santa Clarita, Antelope and Victor Valleys, and is running for re-election this year. Prior to his election to the Senate in 2016, Scott served in the State Assembly in the 38th Assembly District.

Scott’s career has spanned both the private and public sector. He served as Chief of Staff for California Assembly Members Tom McClintock and Paula Boland, as well as Field Representative for State Senator Ed Davis.

Balancing public service with private enterprise, Scott managed the California New Car Dealers Association and was the Vice President of Legislative and Regulatory Affairs for an assisted living company. In the 1980’s, he and his wife Vanessa owned a vending company. Prior to his election to the Assembly, Scott owned a public affairs firm.

Wilk is currently Vice Chairman of the Senate Education Committee, the Agriculture Committee, the Rules Committee and the Government Organization Committee. He is also a Member of the Business, Professions and Economic Development Committee and the Veterans Affairs Committee.

Scott’s Senate District area will be a major state battleground this year at the Congressional District, State Senate and State Assembly levels. Scott is a pivotal leader for Republicans in regaining control for us at all of these levels. Come hear the Republican strategy for victory in northern Los Angeles County this November from our own Lincoln Club Member and State Senator, Scott Wilk!
