Our Southeast Los Angeles County Chapter was founded in 1998 to offer this important area of the County the resources of our Lincoln Clubs organization.

The Chapter’s membership spans a large area from the cities of Whittier and Pico Rivera through Norwalk, Downey, Cerritos and La Mirada to Santa Fe Springs.

The chapter meets monthly at Geezer's Restaurant in Santa Fe Springs.

In 2005, Bruce Barrows, former Mayor of Cerritos and one of the most distinguished and active local community leaders in the area was named chairman, succeeding longtime Southern California Edison Public Affairs Manager Sylvia Granados Southerland, who had been Chairman since 2002.

Mrs. Southerland has been a leader in many civic organizations for several decades and built a thriving chapter. Mrs. Southerland currently serves as the elected Secretary of the Republican Party of Los Angeles County (RPLAC).
