The San Gabriel Valley Lincoln Club Chapter was founded more than two decades ago by then West Covina Mayor Dr. Forest Tennant. It is our largest and most active chapter.

The San Gabriel Valley Chapter is known for the large number of City Council and School Board members among its ranks. Not surprisingly, the group is very active in endorsing and financially supporting candidates for local office.

Since January 1998, the Chapter Chairman has been Dr. Barbara Stone. Dr. Stone is Professor Emeritus of Political Science at Cal State University Fullerton . She served for 12 years as a Member of the Rio Hondo College Board of Trustees and has been a leader in the California Republican Party since the 1960’s.
