Former Lincoln Clubs Chairman William T. Huston tapped Mary Louise Frawley to revive this important Chapter in the mid-1990s, which had been extremely popular among leading area Republicans until that time.

The daughter of the late nationally-known businessman Patrick Frawley and the owner of C & L Consulting in Encino, Ms. Frawley’s leadership established it as our largest chapter by the mid-1990’s and it continues to be among our most successful and influential chapters today.

The chapter serves the entire San Fernando Valley and meets for lunch at either Braemar Country Club or the Lakeside Country Club.
