Our Long Beach chapter was founded in 2000 by municipal finance expert Norman Ryan. Mr. Ryan also serves as an elected Member of the West Basin Water District.

The chapter serves Long Beach , Hawaiian Gardens , Signal Hill and the Wilmington area of Los Angeles and meets monthly for breakfast at the prestigious Long Beach Yacht Club.

As California’s fifth largest city with almost half a million residents, Long Beach comprises most of the battleground 54 th Assembly District and has most recently been the focus of The Lincoln Clubs’ aggressive and successful Republican voter registration drives led by the Long Beach Chapter.
